**Part-Time Administration Role (25-30 Hours/Week)**

We’re urgently seeking a reliable, experienced, detail-oriented administrator to join our growing team. This part-time position (25-30 hours/week) offers flexibility while supporting various business operations in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase raw materials and organize transportation for production and finished goods.
- Manage records with **Xero and Unleashed**software.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing.
- Reconcile costs (raw materials, blending, packaging, and output).
- Maintain Bills of Material (BOM) and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Generate and analyze financial and inventory reports.
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or production.
- **Proficiency in Xero, Unleashed, BOM, and inventory management**.
- Experience in purchasing, transport logistics, and cost reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
