**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Community Manager, this is full-time position working **Monday to Friday (7:30am
- 3:30pm)**.
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others.
- Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe, thorough and timely.
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community.
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community.
- Complete adhoc tasks in-line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly.
- **Note - this is not a gardening role.**

**About you**:

- Experience in General Maintenance and Handy skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations
