**Job Description**:
Great opportunity ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer requests within CHEP’s New & Closed account process.
Are you an experienced Customer Accounts Coordinator looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organization and take the next step in your career?
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Activating new accounts and closing accounts within the CHEP system
- Liaising with customers to obtain required documentation
- Actioning customer requests and following up to ensure processes are complete
- Processing a high volume of transactions and ensuring data accuracy
- Enter prospective customers into CHEP systems
- Ensure all original documentation is received and archived.
- Liaise with existing customers to clear balances to close accounts
- Ensuring CHEP’s data is accurate about company structures/ownership
- A “can do” attitude and strong customer focus
- A highly motivated and an enthusiastic personality
- Strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through
- Previous experience in Data Entry, analytical or customer service role
- Ability to prioritize and meet agreed process timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
- The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to handle situations with due diligence and care
- Good time management skills
- Ability to upskill and learn the technical/system aspects of the process on offer
- Preferred experience/ knowledge of SAP
- Advanced Excel skills

1 - 3 years
