Our ambitions are global and we will scale internationally as we grow **About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)** At Deliver In Person, a leading last-mile courier partner for customer-centric brands, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator or Associate with a passion for excellence and innovation. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our delivery operations, focusing on enhancing the last mile delivery experience - a key differentiator for our brand partners. You will be actively involved in managing the day-to-day aspects of our delivery network and engaging in projects that aim to expand our logistics capabilities, ensuring we meet the high expectations of our brand partners and their customers. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring and managing delivery processes, liaising with our brand partners, and spearheading projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We're in search of an individual who is adept at handling data, thrives in process optimisation, loves solving complex problems, and is committed to ongoing improvement. **Your responsibilities may include**: - Managing and optimising delivery reporting, including monitoring carrier performance metrics like DIFOT, with a focus on enhancing data accuracy and integrating automation. - Playing a key role in developing and implementing initiatives to elevate our last mile delivery experience and expand our logistics network in alignment with our brand partners' needs. - Collaborating with suppliers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, both internationally and domestically, for our brand partners. - Working closely with Senior Operations Manager to support and improve overall carrier performance management. - Acting as the primary liaison for logistics-related matters internally, addressing customer inquiries and coordinating with internal teams and brand partners to resolve any delivery-related challenges. **About You (Who You Are)** - Ideally 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, consulting, or a strategy role, preferably in a customer-focused, dynamic environment. - Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams, brand partners, and suppliers. - Strong organisational and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of managing successful end-to-end projects. - Resilience and initiative in driving outcomes in a constantly evolving, fast-paced setting. - An open, collaborative style, ready to challenge respectfully, share insights freely, and responsibly own your actions. - A deep-seated passion for revolutionising the last mile delivery process to significantly improve customer experiences for our brand partners."
