Our client is an established provider in the NFP sector. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to help assist with bulk recruitment for their Sydney based team. Great opportunity if you're looking for a set up in your career to a management level position.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment campaigns
- Create job adverts
- Ensuring equality and diversity is celebrated and considered as part of all decisions taken
- With 2 direct reports and reporting into the GM of People & Culture

**Essential skills**
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple hiring managers simultaneously
- Exposure to volume recruitment would be advantageous
- Excellent administration and organization skills allowing flexibility in your approach to balance competing agendas and demands
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, time pressured environment
- Experience managing and implementing recruitment remotely
- A self-driven and positive attitude
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, with a passion and commitment to deliver quality outcomes
