**Assistant Advisor, Talent Aquisition**

**Grade 5/6 ($89,707 - $98,982 + 11% Super) Temporary opportunity until 30th September (with potential extension)**

**About this role**

You will have the opportunity to grow your professional career in an, agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, add value, and make a positive impact in the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team and across the multiple divisions of the Department of Customer Service.

This newly created role will provide exceptional support to our Talent & Inclusion Advisor and our Aboriginal Talent Acquisition Advisor. You will be across our DCS recruitment best practices & guidelines and have very strong attention to detail.

We’re turning the process on its head and taking an entirely new approach in talent attraction and management to ensure the team can meet both current and future workforce capacity needs.

**About you**
To succeed as an Assistant Advisor Talent Acquisition, you will ideally:

- Have working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements (preferred)
- Have knowledge of the Government Sector Employment Act (preferred)
- Bring strong attention to detail, especially in written tasks such as creating Letters of Offer
- Be passionate about bringing innovative recruitment experiences to all stakeholders
