**About the Role**
A great fixed term full-time opportunity exists for a District Support Officer to join District 13, a positive, supportive and close-knit team based in Chirnside Park. We are flexible on hours either 1.5 days a week or spread your hours across multiple days 21hours a fortnight.

Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve:

- ; Provision of administrative support
- ; Preparation of documents that may include letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes
- ; Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination
- ; Provide support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements
- ; Data entry
- ; Records administration
- ; Database and systems coordination
- ; Customer service both internally and externally
- ; General office support

This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important as is teamwork and commitment.

- ; Demonstrated relevant years of experience in administration or business support within a large, complex organisation
- ; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- ; Superior organisational and time-management skills with an ability to manage and coordinate a range of office functions and projects, often complex in nature
- ; Ability to work proactively, with mínimal supervision and direction
- ; Ability to work as a member of a team and support others where required
- ; Ability to source and interpret information to develop professional documents and reports
- ; Exceptional computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office
