**The Role**:
This role will support our onsite operational management team at one of our high profile client locations.

**Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Provide administrative support as required
Assist in timesheet and payroll processes
Coordinate onboarding activities of new employees
Assisting with small and large-scale projects as required
Data entry, invoicing and other correspondence as required
Updating policies and procedures
Assisting with stock/consumables ordering
Work order management
Data input
Preparation of correspondence
Direct support to the Operations Team

**To succeed in this position, you will have the following**:
Proven experience working in high-level administration role
Ability to multitask to a high-level with a systematic & analytical approach to tasks
A keen interest for a role that has a varied scope
A high level of competence with computers/software
A highly resourceful and proactive nature
A friendly and confident personality
Ability to work full time hours (Monday to Friday)

This role is best suited to an energetic & friendly and people orientated individual with a solution-oriented mind set.
