About the Role
- Identify and promote opportunities to improve the use of risk and compliance systems across MSH by contributing to the development, updating, and review of policies, procedures, business rules, specific guides, training materials, and other initiatives aimed at ensuring the systems effectively meet the needs of the business and end users.
- Lead day-to-day compliance management, including maintenance of the central legislation register, schedule, webpage, conflict of interest and lobbyist registers.
- Develop and deliver risk and compliance training and education programs to ensure end users are fully equipped to effectively use MSH's risk and compliance systems.
- Actively contribute to a positive culture within Risk and Compliance team, which encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their expertise, health and well
