As part of our Risk and Compliance team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and ideas to make a difference to our clients.

Your purpose will be to assist with CPL Group’s risk and compliance activities with the aim of minimising and mitigating risk across the organisation.
- This is an exciting role where you will be able to make your mark in high growth sector driven by the NDIS business environment_

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the development of risk and compliance procedures, plans, tools and training materials.
- Support the Risk and Compliance Advisor to maintain compliance information systems.
- Assist with tracking, monitoring and reporting on compliance activities across CPL Group.
- Assist with implementing continuous improvement projects and activities.
- Undertake data analysis to identify trends and emerging issues.
- Coordinate document management functions across the CPL Group.

**Selection criteria includes**:

- Experience delivering risk and compliance activities within a community services environment _(desirable)._
- Understanding of risk and compliance within the disability and aged care sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to extract data from systems, undertake trend analysis and develop reports based on analysis.
- Ability to interact at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities and deadlines.
- COVID-19 full vaccination.
- NDIS Worker Screen and Blue Card before starting _(we can help)_.
