**Role Summary**:
The Customer Programs Data Analyst is a newly created, 6-month max-term, opportunity in our Vulnerable Customer team based at our Perth CBD offices.

The purpose of this role is to collect, import and transform raw data into data models and create insightful reporting using Power BI, enabling leaders to anticipate and serve customer needs. The position provides analysis and reporting that drives social value in our community through data-driven decision making.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Identify and materialise source data from SAP HANA and Azure blob storage for business intelligence reporting establishment.
- Connect data sources, import data, and transform data from different sources in Databricks and Azure Synapse.
- Develop, document, and deliver a well-managed data acquisition process in Azure DevOps.
- Ensure information and data quality, integrity, veracity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency, supporting high value output results, reliable and actionable metrics, and insights.
- Develop Customer Program Power BI reports and dashboards to address the reporting and analytical requirements from Stakeholders.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years practical experience working with and managing Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) and other similar processes.
- Bachelors Degree in a Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency and practical experience in Python, Pyspark, R, SQL, or similar for data analysis as well as scripting as required.
- Proven practical experience working with advanced MS Power BI functions, including DAX, Power Query, Visualizations, Report Design and Development, etc.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to collaborate with and lead non-technical colleagues. Working with data in a Retail/Customer-facing business is preferred.
