**Junior Data Analyst**. Our 12 month fixed term position is based in
**Murdoch, Western Australia** at the
**Fiona Stanley Hospital** with the opportunity to hybrid work from home. This position is open to full-time or part-time work arrangements 3-4 days a week. The Junior Data Analyst
**reports to the Customer Services Manager**.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will coordinate the administration of maintenance events for approximately 400 medical devices.
- You will support the Asset Management for Fiona Stanley Hospital.
- You will analyze maintenance events across two different maintenance systems. Data entry and administration of key work.
- You will perform data analysis, cross check and maintain asset data for two hospital sites.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Team Oriented and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable to learn new systems efficiently
- Prior experience with data analysis
- Prior experience in administration
- Intermediate to advanced skills using MS Outlook and Excel

You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
