A full time, permanent, client services administrator position in Inner North Brisbane, 70 - 75K + super
**Your new company**
This family owned business is responsible for the supply and installation of flooring across private and commercial industries. Offering strong product knowledge and an excellent experience, this business services Brisbane and South East Queensland and has over 40 years experience in the industry.
**Your new role**
Your position will be within the scheduling team and you will be responsible for the processing of work orders as they are received. You will then be required to order the necessary materials and equipment for the installation and complete purchase orders and data entry. Your role will also include scheduling the subcontractors, and will require liaising between the client, project managers and contractors.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous scheduling or administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Great time management
