About the role
Based in our Brisbane CBD office we are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who is ready to take on new challenges and be a part of our exciting growth plans. As a full-time Client Services Coordinator you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service. With so much variety no two days will be the same
This role is responsible for
Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
Providing accounting practice support
Working with Partners, Managers and Accountants
Accessing MyGov and ATO portals and providing various reports
Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
Setting up new clients and updating client details in our databases and portals
Liaising with external bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC
Preparing general client correspondence
Providing assistance with Teams and Zoom meetings
General administration duties and support to the SuperSense team as required
About you
You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an administration or client services role
Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and MYOB will be advantageous
Eager and ready to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
- Highly organised and a natural planner
- Client focused, with a willingness to help and positive attitude
- Confidential with sensitive information
