**About D4C**

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10-year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

**About the opportunity**

Our team in the Illawarra region is experiencing a period of growth and has identified the need for support with administrative tasks and site office management.

This role will require you to liaise with project managers and engineers, which typically includes tasks such as:

- Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
- Adding operational resources to projects for time sheeting
- Uploading and downloading claims in the internal system
- Assisting the Construction Project Team with administrative tasks to support the project including safety, environment, quality and community
- Establishing and maintaining projects/site office workspaces with office supplies and equipment
- Maintaining site records
- Organising team meetings and event logistics
- Other general broad scope project administration duties

**About you**
- 2+ years administration experience
- Experience in Ineight Systems is desirable
- Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- White Card
- Drivers License is desirable
