**About Us**

Franks Fencing is a dynamic, family-owned business that has tripled in size and revenue over the last three years. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is perfect for a semi-retired or retired professional with a background in mining or construction who wants to stay engaged in a pivotal, flexible position.

**The Role**

As our **Project Coordinator**, you’ll be the backbone of our project and fleet administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Project Support**: Producing and managing project documentation, reconciling records, and flagging critical items for the Project Manager.
- **Fleet Management**: Maintaining registers for plant equipment, repairs, and maintenance, while liaising with the Operations Manager.
- **Onboarding**: Administering induction and onboarding processes for workers, ensuring compliance with site requirements.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **mining or construction** administration/coordination.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft** and familiarity with construction terminology.
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for **detail and follow-up**.
- **Forklift ticket and MR licence** (preferred but not essential).
- Availability for **3 days per week** (flexible schedule possible).

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Mining or Construction: 10 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- MR Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
