Field Service Team Leader

Singleton, Australia Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong Safety and Quality based Leadership in line with Liebherr and Customer expectations
- Execute all Field Service deliverables within the project function (Planned Outages & Assemblies)
- Coordination of Liebherr Service Technicians and third-party suppliers during project execution
- Active participation in the project planning, progress and post execution review process
- Lead our quality based initiatives during project execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Liebherr Technicians and Apprentices in the field

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience leading a team in the mining industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work to deadlines in line with project scope and expected production timeframes
- Proficient computer skills including the suite of Microsoft Programs
- Heavy Plant or Electrical Trade Qualification
- Demonstrated experience in the reporting of project progress
- Mining industry, Hydraulic Excavator and / or OHT experience is essential
