The Company:
Rapid Spray is an established Australian manufacturer and supplier of poly tanks, sprayers and diesel refueling equipment for the agriculture, industrial and government sectors. Operating for over 30 years the organisation has joined forces with a global group but continues to operate with the same family-run values.
The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Coordinator to step into a pivotal role, driving campaigns, customer engagement, and brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys a mix of strategy and execution in a flexible, supportive environment.
As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will have ownership across a wide variety of initiatives from campaign planning and brand oversight to event coordination and digital engagement. You'll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to plan and deliver marketing activities that support sales growth and strengthen brand reputation.
Day-to-day, you'll find yourself coordinating packaging designs, brochures, and collateral, while also planning trade shows and field days where customer engagement is key. Reporting, budget management, and ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints will also be part of your remit.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the marketing budget in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Oversee packaging, brochures, product manuals, and other collateral to ensure consistency.

You're comfortable working in smaller businesses where variety is the norm, and you bring energy, organisation, and initiative to everything you do.
You'll enjoy collaborating with a close-knit team while also taking ownership of your own projects. Engaging with customers, capturing testimonials, and bringing fresh ideas to the table come naturally to you. Importantly, you're proactive, reliable, and flexible—someone who can adapt as the business grows while keeping the brand's style and consistency on track.
You will be supported by an internal but remotely based SEO/SEM specialist and a Graphic Designer who will be under your direct supervision and direction.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- 5+ years of practical marketing experience in a small-to-mid-sized business.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns across digital, print, and events.
