About the Role

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Develop an extensive expertise in the POS and ERP solutions, encompassing both functional and technical aspects.
- Provide support to users for these critical systems, overseeing daily operational requirements.
- Assist the team in managing and supporting daily system queries and issues, facilitating the development of enhanced processes and system utilization.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (both internal and external), prioritizing and resolving system issues, as well as identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with users and key stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements, new system projects, and the implementation of new features.
- Undertake the implementation of new systems and, equally important, provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of existing systems.
- Contribution in end-to-end testing, including the development, approval, and execution of meticulous test plans.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of relevant system integrations and actively support the maintenance of existing integrations between systems.
- Strive to enhance user satisfaction by addressing their evolving needs.
- Facilitate effective communication within the IT team and across various departments as required.

**To be successful you will ideally have the following**:

- Demonstrated 1-3 years of preferred experience in Retail Business Applications.
- Previous experience with E-Commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Extensive ERP knowledge within the retail sector is a fundamental requirement.
- Experience with Ap21 ERP is considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Project Management knowledge is a distinct advantage.
