**About the role**:
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Build extensive knowledge and understanding of the POS and ERP solutions, from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Be the product owner for these core systems and manage day to day requirements
- Liaise with business users and technical teams (both internal and external) to prioritise and resolve system issues, as well as to improve efficiency.
- Work with users and key stakeholders to drive requirements for system enhancements, and new system projects and new features and manage and create strong relationships with Key vendors.
- Implementing systems, but also importantly support day to day, administration and maintenance of already existing systems.
- Understand relevant integrations to other systems, and assist in supporting and maintain existing integrations between systems

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ Retail Business Applications related experience preferred.
- Experience with the Magento/ Shopify E-Commerce platform preferred
- Ap21/ Dolphin ( island Pacific ) experience preferred
- Strong ERP knowledge of retail required
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated capability to work across functional teams
- Project Management knowledge preferred.
