**The Role**:
We have an exciting new role available for an Business Applications Specialist to join our Technology Team in our Cremorne Office. The Business Applications Specialist will work alongside the Business Applications and Projects team and undertake requirements analysis, document requirements, processes and proposed solutions, support User Acceptance Testing and the development of End User Documentation.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Identify and collate business requirements using a range of methods including but not limited to workshops, interviews, brainstorm and focus groups.
- Undertake gaps analysis between current state (As Is) and future state (To Be).
- Analyse the design of technical systems and business models.
- Create business and use cases, user stories, technical and functional requirements, and concept design documents.
- Facilitate business and technical requirements sign off with stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide business analysis support throughout testing activities and where required, create UAT and SIT plans and sign off criteria.
- Planning and managing the implementation of change requests through change management process.
- Completing Solution Overview documentation and ensuring handover to Business Applications (IT) and Business Teams at the conclusion of project(s).
- Maintaining internal stakeholder relationships throughout the project(s).
- Providing regular project related updates to all required parties.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure on-time deployment of changes.
- Enhance the quality of the IT products and services.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Retail Technology environment.
- Process minded.
- Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Any experience with AP21/Dolphin/Shopify will be beneficial.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management expertise, able to drive process improvement across a diverse and heavily matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated capability to work across functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology and/or related discipline beneficial.
