**Office Support & Administration**
**Location**: Sydney CBD
**Half Day**: 9am
- 2pm Mon to Fri
Wild Tech is seeking an experienced Administration Professional to join the office in Sydney. This role requires advanced administrative support skills, solution-oriented thinking, an ability to design and implement process improvements, and collaboration across multiple disciplines and teams.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations and manage administrative tasks, to support the smooth functioning of our organization. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace, a ‘Can-Do Attitude’.
- Monitors and reply to the Administration inbox
- Filing for HR and Payroll functions
- Assist with Human Resources administration onboarding and deboarding as well as the asset register
- Assist the Sales team where necessary
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal skills you present yourself well and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) to a variety of stakeholders
- You enjoy taking ownership of tasks and have a proactive attitude
- You have a high attention to detail and are meticulous in your organization skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of our office, including ordering supplies, stationary, coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring equipment is working and well maintained
- Use your administrative expertise to identify areas for process improvement, leveraging digital tools for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with others to align and implement process improvement initiatives
- Anticipate, prioritize and proactively assist with a wide range of administrative tasks: manage calendars, coordinate travel, generate, proofread and distribute correspondence, communications and reports, ensure data and intellectual property confidentiality, maintain databases, prepare and edit presentations, track and file expenses, maintain files (electronic and physical) and answer and direct calls appropriately
- Adapt to ever-evolving business needs and be able to change direction with optimism and flexibility
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following roles: Office Support, facility coordinator, administrative support, executive assistant
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Communication skills: demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in writing, and verbally both virtually and in-person
- Strategic and proactive administrative support: demonstrated ability to prioritize, solve problems, strategically coordinate and collaborate to meet business needs with high attention to detail, organization and self-direction
Required to be in office Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm
