**Duties**:

- Perform appropriate level of research into client industry, competition, opportunities, and weaknesses with respect to social media marketing
- Create engaging social media campaigns based on client quirks, needs, and wants
- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure campaigns are fully executed to the best of their ability
- Find and mediate pitfalls in If & When’s current client campaign strategies.
- Continually find ways of executing campaigns to the best of their ability
- Ensure that campaigns are tracked to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Continually research, learn, and study social media trends and opportunities

**Abilities**:

- The ability to translate creative ideas into actionable items
- Ability to step in front of the camera and create social media content
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- The ability to follow procedures and work unsupervised
- Superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team-player
- Sound working knowledge of Google Suite
- A can-do attitude when it comes to assisting other areas of the team

Pay: $58,926.94 - $80,395.64 per year
