Duties:

  • Perform appropriate level of research into client industry, competition, opportunities, and weaknesses with respect to social media marketing
  • Create engaging social media campaigns based on client quirks, needs, and wants
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure campaigns are fully executed to the best of their ability
  • Find and mediate pitfalls in If & When's current client campaign strategies.
  • Continually find ways of executing campaigns to the best of their ability
  • Ensure that campaigns are tracked to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Continually research, learn, and study social media trends and opportunities

Abilities:

  • The ability to translate creative ideas into actionable items
  • Ability to step in front of the camera and create social media content
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to follow procedures and work unsupervised
  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team-player
  • Sound working knowledge of Google Suite
  • A can-do attitude when it comes to assisting other areas of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,926.94 – $80,395.64 per year
