everyBody Psychology & Wellbeing is a growing practice of skilled independent mental health professionals who share a commitment to supporting those experiencing disordered eating/eating disorders/and body image concerns, and the challenges that trigger/maintain them.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Located in Bondi Junction, we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to support our expanding team. You will be essential to overseeing and improving the seamless day-to-day management of our practice operations, while fostering a caring team environment. Working closely with our director, clinicians and administration team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across service delivery and process, staff support, and strategic growth initiatives.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Relevant qualification/experience as a practice manager in an Allied Health practice or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, work autonomously, and take on a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills including capacity to manage, motivate and support a team.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritising, administrative and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail alongside a flexible/solutions-focused approach to changing priorities.
- Commitment to improving systems, processes, and the client experience.
- A warm demeanour, equipped to handle stakeholder concerns with understanding.
- Familiarity with third-party providers (e.g. Medicare).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or similar (essential), Xero Accounting/Halaxy (desirable).
- Experience with social media and marketing platforms (desirable).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring confidentiality, efficiency and outstanding client experience.
- Manage the administration team, providing leadership and daily support.
- Assist in service development; improving policies, procedures and systems for effective operations; and strategic planning.
- Build relationships to strengthen referral pathways and professional relationships, including supporting social media and marketing efforts.
- Assist in data collection and maintenance of databases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
