Are you an experienced Marketing and Content Coordinator with the ability to develop high quality marketing strategies and deliver post campaign reporting.

Take Two Marketing & Events, is looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator, a newly created full-time role, to support our growing team, reporting to our Ecommerce Manager.

We are the proud owners of several fast-growing Australian homewares brands. We design, manufacture, and import innovative products and through our boutique content creation agency and Ecommerce stores we take these products to market.

**About the Role**

As Marketing and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the success of our brand reputation and profile through engaging, impactful content and communications. From the management of a full social content calendar, across multiple accounts, to developing strategies, engaging influencers and post marketing analysis; this role is fast paced, varied and intrinsic to the digital space.

**Your Role**
- Management of social media channels for all products across two brands on social platforms (incl. FB, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest)
- Develop and implement a multichannel social media strategy to drive engagement, increase traffic/audience and sales to our digital platforms
- Manage, implement & execute scheduling of posts and ensure correct content/messaging in line with brand objectives.
- Track, analyse and report on content performance, provide direction & feedback and collaborate on content creation for successful cut-through
- Identify and report on developments/trends within the industry and challenge the status quo.
- Liaise with teams to deliver on best engagement of current and new customers
- Identify and engage key influencers and leverage current Paid Partnership campaigns

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Completed Tertiary level in Marketing, Media or PR equivalent communications
- Min. 2-3 years experience in Marketing / comms /content with sound knowledge of social media
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media best practices
- Strong understanding and delivery of social analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with a collaborative working approach
- High attention to detail, a creative eye for content and design and high-quality output
- A willingness to challenge the norm with progressive ideas

The role is full-time and open to Australian Permanent Residents only.

*TRP is inclusive of superannuation.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
