Junior Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator (Full-Time, Progressive Role)

We are seeking a **highly creative and reliable Junior Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator** to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of content creation and management across **three premium brands in Australia**:
This is more than a content role - it’s a **progressive career pathway** where you’ll grow with us, contribute to creative strategy, and help shape the digital voice of three rapidly expanding brand with full support support in house and from third party marketing agencies.

Role Overview

You’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence, responsible for producing, editing, and publishing **high-quality, engaging content** that reflects the unique identity of each brand.

We are looking for someone outcome driven who not only loves creating but also understands the power of consistency, creativity, and storytelling in building a strong social presence.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

- Create and post a **minimum of 2 pieces of content per day** for each account (a mix of stories, posts with main focus on reels).
- Film and edit content.
- Edit and enhance content from our existing bank with music, captions, transitions, and highlights.
- Set up and run a **podcast episodes**.
- Repurpose **podcast episodes** into short-form reels and engaging highlights.
- Build and manage our **YouTube presence**, including posting and optimising edited video content.
- Prepare and edit **weekly newsletters** for both brands.
- Get involved in getting PR opportunities for the brand.
- Collaborate closely with our **Australian marketing partner** to ensure content is consistent, on-brand and performing.
- Manage our accounts exclusively, posting consistently and professionally.
- Take on **new creative challenges** as our brands evolve and grow.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in **social media content creation** and **video editing**.
- Skilled at creating reels (music, effects, captions, transitions).
- Ability to repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips.
- Experience managing **YouTube channels** and newsletters is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and creative eye for polished, professional content.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to **work from home full-time**.
- Commitment to working **exclusively with our brands**.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple platforms and tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
