**About the role**
Working in our People & Culture team you will focus on ensuring compliance and efficiencies across our processes, maintaining accurate people data, improving the utilisation of our HRIS, and supporting our people through the employee lifecycle.
We’re looking for an advisor to work closely with our teams to support and guide people through best practice, supported by your strong HR industry knowledge. With a growing team of 100 people in Australia and 40 people across our US & UK offices, there will be a variety of projects and learning opportunities in the role.
**Flexibility**:
- Permanent part time role
- 3 days a week
- Flexible hours
- 1 WFH day each fortnight
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage new joiner onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all employees and manage the offboarding processes for any leavers.
- Set up annual OKR goals for the company, and run goal setting session across the teams
- Administer mid & end of year performance reviews through our HRIS
- Maintain data accuracy and back-end processes in our HRIS
- Coach and mentor leaders at all levels in people and culture matters.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance for our people on various employee relation enquiries, manage any performance management processes, and support across any conflict management and resolution
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including updating and maintain HR policies and procedures based on relevant legislation, organisational needs and best practice HR principles
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing your HR knowledge and skills.
**Requirements**:
- Australian Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Proven experience in a HR officer or advisor position, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- The ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in using a HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
