**About the role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator handles day-to-day activities that enable the Moorabbin operation processes and functions to run smoothly. It is a broad role providing administration support across production planning, inventory reporting, accounts payable, and safety, in addition to general site and office management.
- Compiling reports, data analysis and presentations on; Spare-parts, KPIs, Capex, and Environmental initiatives, to name a few.
- Working with accounts payable, ensuring invoice accuracy and on-time payments.
- Support production, ensuring key stakeholders are regularly informed of order status.
- Coordinate site ‘non-production’ consumables for day-to-day and special events, in addition to miscellaneous supplies and safety product stock management.
- Assist Purchasing with inward goods receipting, inventory control, cycle counting data entry and analysis.
- Coordinate waste/recycling program, scrap consolidation and pallet management.
- Organise courier services, office mail collection and office stationery.
- General office assistance as required.
**About you**
We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or similar office environment.
- Excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
