Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga.

We are a growing business with new clinics planned to open throughout the year ahead.

As a result of our growth, a newly created leadership opportunity is present for an experienced and patient-centred **Administration Team Leader - Contact Centre.**

This role will lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Contact Centre team, while also seeking opportunities to improve and develop processes and systems that enable the Medical Imaging Receptionists to deliver a high-quality service to our patients and referrers.

You will also be integral to the onboarding experience of our newly recruited medical receptionists as you manage and deliver their induction program.

**What will you be doing?**
- Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the inbound and outbound calls relating to patient bookings
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and achieve maximum efficiencies
- Assist with rosters, timesheets and leave requests in conjunction with other Administration Team Leaders

**What are we looking for?**

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience in motivating and leading a contact centre team
- A strong understanding of the patient workflow in a healthcare setting, and the supporting administration processes, policies, procedures, and Medicare legislation
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and passion for process-driven continuous improvement
