Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga.

Our custom-designed Box Hill clinic was established in 2014 as an independent, state-of-the-art practice, and offers our patients comprehensive medical imaging services.

We are on a strong growth trajectory, and due to internal progression, an exciting leadership opportunity is present at our Box Hill clinic for an experienced **Administration Team Leader**.

Whether you are immediately ready for your next opportunity or looking for a New Year change, you will join a friendly and professional team and be instrumental in cultivating a positive team culture and ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic, which enables us to deliver a high-quality service to our patients and referrers.

**What will you be doing?**

Working closely with the Admin Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Clinical Leads, in this hands-on role you will:

- Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow
- Manage billing, banking, and Medicare related activities
- Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members
- Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning
- In conjunction with the Admin Manager, utilise expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries

- The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience in motivating and mentoring a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve difficult situations to achieve good outcomes
- A keen eye for details and passion for process-driven continuous improvement
- Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of the patient workflow and supporting administration processes (highly regarded)
