**Join Our Team as an Administration Clerk - Singleton**

**Location**:Singleton, NSW

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable **Administration Clerk**to join our team at the **Singleton depot**. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages
- Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight
- Complete daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems
- Scan finance copies and close driver manifests
- Conduct internal audits and complete general admin tasks as required
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service (transport/logistics preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems
- A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
