**Team Leader - Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officer**
- Full Time position | 5 weeks’ annual leave + monthly day off

The Team Leader for the Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Team is responsible for leading cultural safety within the team, in both patients and staff.- Lead your team in helping close the health gap for Aboriginal and First Nations patients.**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
- Experience in leading teams
- Qualifications in social work / community welfare / nursing / community development or equivelent community health and/or hospital based experience
- Moderate IT skills
- Full Victorian Drivers License
- Ability to work out of usual business hours, including occasional weekend shifts
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.**What we offer**
