We are currently seeking a Services Manager to join our ACT team and help lead the delivery of an long-term project in Canberra.
As a Services Manager with Lendlease, you’ll be a key leader within the project team, and lead the delivery of the complex building services packages across the project, managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver work to a high standard. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
You will be responsible managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Government Security clearance or have the ability to obtain one (we will support with this).
- Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management related).
- Previous experience working on large scale commercial construction projects, where you have managed complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic).
- Experience working on Healthcare, Defence, Commercial, or Government projects will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, which will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Proven experience driving client focused outcomes and safety initiatives.
