**About the Company**

This position will assist the Director of Corporate Services of this small organisation maintain ICT services to support the day-to-day business of the organisation, including the ongoing review and implementation of recommendations arising from this review.

**Key requirements**:

- Qualifications in Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
- Have a blend of 'hands-on' IT technical expertise and exposure to project management and risk management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder liaision skills
- Proven experience in contract management
- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills, the ability to work well in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively without compromising standards, productivity, or quality
- A working understanding of ITIL or an equivalent framework.

**Selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to engage with, negotiate and monitor contractual relationships with ICT service providers, vendors and partners, including tracking of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Demonstrated communication skills across a broad base of users including the ability to interact and communicate technical messaging at a business and technical level.
- Demonstrated understanding of Governance.
- Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication skills with an ability to provide quality briefings, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to be analytical, manage complex projects and activities to time and within budget.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including an ability to negotiate in a range of settings.
