SYNOPSIS:

Join the National Gallery as our IT Service Manager, a pivotal role driving the Gallery's digital service transformation. You'll lead our IT Service Desk and Service Management function, building a modern, customer-focused capability that supports staff. This role offers the chance to design and implement ITIL-aligned processes, develop our Service Catalogue, lead change and communication across the organisation. You'll work closely with the CIO to ensure efficient daily operations, manage vendors and service contracts, oversee ICT procurement and budgets, and deliver ICT and digital projects that enhance productivity and reliability. We're seeking a leader with strong experience in ITIL frameworks, project and change management, vendor and contract management, and financial analysis. You'll be a confident communicator, capable of preparing briefs for executive audiences, managing demanding projects, and fostering continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

This is a Full-time, Ongoing Position.
