Leadership - Find a Carer - CEO

We are looking for a "force of nature" CEO who wants to proactively drive Find A Carer toward market leadership. With a passion for creating better care services and expertise in leading SaaS platforms, this role will see the right individual bringing stakeholders from start-up to large enterprise on a journey whilst supporting Uniting's mission. **About the Role**: As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, shaping the direction, and ensuring the successful execution of the Find A Carer strategy. You will have the unique opportunity to continue growing the Find A Carer platform, revolutionising the way technology is used to enhance the quality of life for clients and care organisations alike. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Uniting to continue driving efficiency in its' use of a contracted workforce to reduce the cost of external agency. **About Find a Carer**: Find a Carer is a fast-growing, nationwide 3-sided platform marketplace focused on aged care and NDIS provision. Find a Carer invests in the growing gig-economy across Australia with a mandate to embark on an exciting growth journey. Find A Carer has a team of dedicated and dynamic people to manage and drive the platform forward. With in-house development and a growing team of client facing and back-of-house roles, Find a Carer is driving innovation in providing care and meaningful work to drive our mission forwards. **Core Responsibilities**: As CEO you will develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for Find a Carer, aligned with its values and ideals of improving aged care through innovation and technology. This will include identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, including with parent company Uniting as well as building relationships with key stakeholders and potentially other investors. You will work to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Through this team you will drive innovation, staying at the forefront of technology in the industry with rapid development cycles to core product lines and eventual expansion into other revenue streams. This role will also be responsible for financial performance, ensuring growth in revenue through attracting and retaining clients and independent carers. This growth will be achieved through identification and prioritizing of key markets and geographies. In a highly regulated industry, as CEO you will also work to ensure quality and safety of both independent carer and clients as well as understanding and compliance with regulation. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience as an executive or CEO, preferably in a technology driven start up or in a high-growth, target driven aged care environment - Demonstrated understanding of the aged care or health industry - Strong strategic thinking and vision, with a track record of developing and successfully executing business strategy, and achievement of outcomes - Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence diverse audiences. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and disruptive technologies, along with successful delivery and achievement of results - Understanding of the gig-economy and industry - Proven success in driving growth and profitability outcomes in a fast-paced environment If you are a visionary leader with a passion for leveraging technology to transform the aged care industry, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey as our CEO.
