We are currently seeking an Internal Sales & Contract Support Officer to join our growing team, in Taren Point NSW.

**The Position**

This is a full-time position which will require you to liaise with internal staff, suppliers, freight vendors and customers.
- Raise quotations for maintenance agreements, UPS health checks, remedial works and general services.
- Establish Warranty maintenance agreements and plans of ongoing routine maintenance.
- Use company CRM system to maintain customer inventory information, raise service orders, process contract exchanges and create invoices (where required)
- Manage documentation and customer inventory in company database
- Provide ongoing support to the sales, service and management teams as required.
- Liaise with management and accounts team to report on contract performance, invoicing and forecasting.

**Key Skills and Competencies Required**
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with stocktake.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

This is a key position that in time may provide career advancement opportunities in-line with performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
