**The Role**:

- Are you a dynamic leader ready to make your mark?_ Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking an experienced and passionate **Store Manager** to join our **Sleeping Giant Caringbah Team**. As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspire and lead our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
- Nurture talent through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Utilize sales data to enhance profitability and foster customer loyalty.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- **Availability / Flexibility to work weekends.**
- **Physical ability to lift and maneuver furniture (up to 20kg) with ease.**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Up to 2.5% commission.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Quarterly bonus
