**Event Project Planner**

Harry the hirer Productions is looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our growing team that’s committed to our people and their development. With over 30 years industry experience, we’re dedicated to pushing boundaries and bringing innovative lighting, power, rigging, audio and video solutions to the Music, Arts, Corporate, Exhibition and Sporting markets.

The Project Planner will make this role their own and work in a dynamic environment across multiple mediums, having unique exposure to a range of events and brands. Integral to strengthening client relationships, controlling budgets and delivery timelines of high-profile events across Australia. This role will provide the appointee industry experience that’s recognised worldwide through events such as The Australian Open, Formula 1 Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final, Spring Racing Carnival, and our purpose build in-house broadcast Studio.

Providing high-end logístical and live event expertise will enable the Project Planner to be a key resource for the event delivery process from conception through to final delivery.

Does the above sound like something for you? We’re looking for:

- Proven experience in logistics and event management.
- Working knowledge of industry HSE standards.
- Demonstrated skills with project planning and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in team leadership and/or site management.
- Good performance standards and decision making under pressure.
- Ability to manage and work within set labour budgets.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
- An attitude that welcomes responsibility and willingness to take control of a project from conception through to delivery and removal.
- Current manual driver's license. Competent driving 3T trucks.
- Available to work days/evenings/weekends.
