We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Planner to join our Engineered Projects team. This is a critical role that ensures our projects are delivered on time, our resources are planned effectively, and our customers receive the level of service they expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain baseline schedules for pipeline and live projects
  • Collaborate with sales and department heads to manage project timelines and resource allocation
  • Monitor progress across procurement, engineering, and manufacturing milestones
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
  • Update and manage the standard product management tool, which forecasts prospective sales and provides essential input to Production department heads
  • Generate insightful reports highlighting project performance, risks, and capacity issues
  • Support the triaging of tasks to ensure project priorities are clear and achievable
  • Train teams on planning tools and processes to ensure continuity and excellence

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with  brilliant communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to have a face to face conversation or pick up the phone to get an immediate outcome.
  • Proven experience in Project or Supply Chain Planning
  • Certificate or Diploma in Planning or Project Management advantageous
  • Skilled in MS Project, MS Excel (Visual Basic and Macros knowledge a plus), and ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
