**The Role**

As the Office Coordinator you will be accountable for overseeing and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role also acts as a central point of contact between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to support collaborative efforts and project coordination.

**As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Facilities management, office supplies and inventory control
- Maintaining the reception desk/area, mailroom, storeroom are kitchens
- Organising catering for meetings, greeting clients and coordinating meeting rooms
- Providing reception cover as and when needed
- Facilitating the smooth operation of equipment in the mailroom and meeting rooms
- Coordinating office events like Friday night drinks and monthly birthday celebrations
- New starter onboarding and offboarding as well as building access
- Performing other assigned office administration duties, as and when required

**As our new team member, you will have**:

- Experience in an office coordination role, additional experience in reception is also highly beneficial
- Exceptional client communication and client service abilities
- Excellent listening, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships, trust and rapport quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to help
