**OUR TEAM**

As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.

**YOUR ROLE**:
Our maintenance planning team is currently seeking experienced Planning Support Officer to join the team. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting the planning team with service and maintenance activities within the service centre at Eagle Farm and the other repair service sites as required.

Working at our Brisbane, Eagle Farm office, on Jagera and Turrbul Land, your day to day responsibilities include:

- Supporting the planning & scheduling of service and maintenance activities within the Brisbane Service Centre & remote repair locations as required.
- Providing daily reports to support the Maintenance Planning Lead.
- Ordering of materials for work being managed by the Maintenance Planners.
- Provide invoicing support to meet Key Point Indicators within the Planning Team.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience in a similar maintenance planning and scheduling role.
- Very good knowledge of MS Suite and ERP Systems.
- An understanding of the Defence ERP system - MILIS is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communications skills and customer service focus.
- LF Forklift Licence preferred.
