We are currently seeking an experienced **Human Resources Officer** to join our national HR support team in Brisbane on a full time basis.

**The Role**:
This role offers a great opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to progress their career working with an experienced HR team supporting national operations.

Reporting to the National Human Resources & Industrial Relations Manager, the Human Resources Officer position will proactively contribute to the alignment of business activities through the provision of comprehensive HR functional HR support to operational managers and employees nationally.

**Overview of Duties**:

- Provide professional support and advice to operational management relating to a variety of human resources matters
- Contribute to human resources projects across the group including Reconciliation Action, Gender Equality & Mental Health support
- Generalist HR activities including maintaining the group’s HR systems, processes and procedures

**Requirements & Skills**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a human resources officer or coordinator capacity
- Bachelors of Human Resources (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to autonomously meet multiple concurrent deadlines, prioritise workloads and plan effectively.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems

**Remuneration**:
