**In your week as a Payroll Consultant, you might**:

- Skilfully process payrolls, ensuring compliance with legislation and accurate reconciliation before delivering reports to clients.
- Professionally respond to clients within agreed-upon time frames, building strong relationships and fostering satisfaction.
- Expertly manage your portfolio of clients, processing payrolls in line with our internal procedures.
- Keep clients informed about legislative updates, enhancements, and changes, ensuring smooth navigation of our systems.
- Show your dedication to excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and maintaining support documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to share knowledge and promote best practices.

**The qualities we're looking for in you**:

- You are passionate about payroll. It's not everyone's jam, but it's something you enjoy.
- You are familiar with the different legal instruments at play such as legislation, enterprise bargaining agreements and awards.
- You are analytical and love to solve problems.
- You are a team player who loves learning and getting things done
- You have high emotional intelligence
- the ability to understand, manage, and navigate your own emotions and the emotions of others effectively. This superpower helps you to build positive relationships, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions.
- You know your way around Excel sheet and use it to tell the story for our clients
