**What your day-to-day looks like**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll functions for a portfolio of managed service clients
- Processed payrolls ensuring compliance with current legislation is met, checked and reconciled payroll reports before sending to clients for verification
- Responded professionally and accurately to clients within required time frames & clients' agreement for service
- Ensured the client contacts were informed and communicated with regularly on updates to legislation, product enhancements or fixes & changes, including understanding and system navigation as required
- Identified and contributed to continuous process improvement strategies, including the maintenance of procedure documents, checklists and other support documents
- Maintained and updated Systems (CRM and BPO), process documentation, schedules, checklists, timetables and any other client-related documents for smooth operating of the payroll function

**More about you**
- You are part of a small and super talented bunch of people who have extensive payroll processing experience for multiple payrolls and frequencies (not essential)
- Be a team player, self starter and have a can do attitude
- Able to build strong relationship and be able to have confident
- Ability to pick up processes and systems and a whizz with excel
- Solid compliance knowledge (Legislation) & Sound technical payroll knowledge
- An understanding of EBA’s awards and interpretation
- Experience managing multiple payrolls and processing in a high-volume environment
- Exposure to varying industries, payroll sizes and complexities
