- Fixed term full-time role - 76 hours per fortnight

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for Operational Analyst to join the Digital Services team on a fixed term full time basis through till early 2026. The Operational Analyst will play a key role within the Digital Services division, initially focussing on the setup of an Electronic Medication Management solution.

**Key responsibilities**
- Liaise with Technical Lead for operational systems and other IS support staff as required.
- Conduct new functionality and corrective changes testing for each version release to ensure it meets organisational requirements.
- Liaise with Operational Managers to understand their priorities to be able to interpret this into functionality or development needs.
- Provide implementation services to help enabling successful rollouts of new features via hotfixes or upgrades.
- Provide expert advice to decision makers via analysis on options to process/data collection and system development.
- Provide support and act as the lead point of contact to the SA based System Support Analysts in conjunction with and in the absence of the Team Lead.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with specialist systems knowledge and some supervisory experience and/or training.
- Ability to work within and contribute to the mission and values of the Silverchain Group
- Tertiary qualification or relevant work experience essential
- Good understanding of Silverchain’s structure, operation and functions to be able to provide sound advice and recommendations to clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, utilising best practise methods where possible.
- Excellent computer skills with aptitude in a wide range of software packages.
