The Financial Analyst will collaborate on a range of financial, analytical and

strategic initiatives in line with policies, procedures, budgets and company

values. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic towards growing their

skills and career in financial analysis and commercial insights.

Supporting the FP&A Manager, the role will require providing insights for

planning and forecasting across the group, delivering a clear picture of

performance & identifying improvement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the FP&A Manager and wider finance team.
- Support annual budget development and forecasting processes.
- Maintain short term forecasts and long-term planning models.
- Develop and maintain insightful management reports and dashboards to facilitate effective analysis of past performance and support business decisions.
- Provide insights into sales, margin, and expense variances.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Working across the business to ensure all key business drivers are understood.
- Assist with Sales & Operations planning.
- Working with auditors and stakeholders during audit function.

**Skills and Background**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a finance role
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with BI tools
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through on set tasks and effectively manage priorities.
- Relevant Finance qualifications.
- Strong work ethic with a keenness to learn and grow.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proactive and team oriented.
- Have an outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality.
