Our clients, who are in the Air Conditioning Installation and Service industry, are an independent Australian owned company that delivers streamlined smart solutions. Their strength is their people who are dedicated, experienced and passionate about supporting their customers and industry partners.

They are now in the market for a Receptionist / Service Coordinator, who knows the meaning of great service and allocating the people to carry it out

**_The Role_**

They are very flexible and welcome appliations from parents returning to work, part time employees as well as full time.

This ideal person for this role is someone who is positive and efficient Someone who wants to succeed and someone who wants to take ownership and soar Proven ability in a similar setting is vital to landing this opportunity.

In your role, you will be responsible for the Coordination and Administration support for a team of Heating and Cooling Technicians and report to the owner of the company.

**Your daily duties will include but are not limited to**
- Customer quotes and maintaining job order flow
- Invoice and order processing through XERO
- Managing the Schedule and booking in installations.
- Coordination with builders on bookings.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database and scheduling software.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Lodging VBA compliance certificates.
- Support to the Director.

**Qualities and attributes that are highly regarded include**:

- Time Management/prioritizing skills
- Strong computer literacy skills - XERO and EXCELwouold be GREAT
- Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- 3 -5 + years experience in a similar role, Coordinating or Scheduling Technicians

Working within a highly customer focused team, you will have a "can do attitude" as well as integrity and work ethic. Excellent people and communication skills are essential.

You also must be a person who is able to take ownership and work autonomously ( many times on your own).
