**The Company**

Our client is a well established professional services firm of 25+ years located in the CBD, a short walking distance from Wynyard station. They provide specialist advisory services within the accounting, banking and finance sectors.

**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team in a Receptionist capacity. This is an excellent entry level opportunity to launch or build upon your professional career. Full training is provided.

Your duties will involve performing reception duties and providing ad-hoc administration support to senior members of the team.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Perform duties such as filing, photocopying and stationery orders
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
- Any ad hoc administration duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum HSC qualification
- Good general computer skills
- A good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Prior work experience in an office or administration setting beneficial but not mandatory
